Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the OpusOpt cutting optimization service provided by Minopus Kontrol Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. ("Minopus") at opt.minopus.com.

1. Service

OpusOpt calculates cutting plans from the part and sheet sizes you enter. Calculation is available to registered users only. On the free plan part of the results is shown; all results and reports are unlocked with a paid subscription.

2. Liability

Cutting plans are provided for information. You are responsible for checking sizes, material and machine settings before cutting. Minopus is not liable for material losses caused by wrong input or application.

3. Account

You are responsible for the security of your account. Misuse (automated queries, reverse engineering, reselling the service) leads to account termination.

4. Intellectual property

The OpusOpt software and algorithms belong to Minopus. Your project data belongs to you.

These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page.
