Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscriptions are sold prepaid for one or more months via bank transfer. Your subscription starts when your payment is received and approved, and it does not renew automatically.

As a digital service delivered immediately upon approval, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the subscription has started. If you cannot use the service because of a technical problem, write to info@minopus.com and we will refund or extend the unused period.
